This is Bert he was born Feburary of 2008 Making him seven years old. The photo on the left is updated. He has Cerebral palsy, little is know about him at this time. He has a brother Ernie, Ernie was adopted domestically. Bert is still waiting for his family to find him.. Would you please consider him?
